Give Back to AIESEC
An initiative through which AIESEC Alumni Romania redirects part of the revenue generated from membership fees to AIESEC in Romania, as a concrete way of supporting the organization where many of our professional journeys began. In 2025, AAR directed 30% of this revenue to support the organization of the Alumni Gala 35, and in the longer term, the program reflects our desire to turn our belonging to this community into a meaningful act of gratitude, continuity, and impact for the next generations of young leaders.
Alumni Mentoring Program
Frequent meetings between the mentor (Alumnus / Alumna) and the mentee (AIESEC-er) to facilitate and deepen the exchange of ideas, skills and experiences needed to fully develop the leadership potential.
Board of Advisors (BoA)
Periodic meetings between the Executive Board members of AIESEC (MC and LC level), external partners and Alumni who are closer to AIESEC and whom can contribute with feedback, guidance, inspiration, knowledge and skills transfer, connections, material and financial resources or other opportunities. The goal is to provide strategic advice and support to AIESEC.
Training and Facilitation
The transfer of knowledge and abilities to which Alumni with experience in various fields can provide to AIESEC members at all levels of the organization.
Donations
Financial support for certain AIESEC activities or programs. Supporting certain AIESEC members to participate in various ‘exchange’ programs or to attend various international conferences.
