Programs and activities – Alumni to Alumni
ALUMnite
Brings together Alumni, AIESEC-ers, trainees and external Partners! Socializing, having fun, friends who have not seen each other for a long time and get reconnected, memories, new people who get to know each other, all in an informal and relaxed setting, usually on the evening of the last Thursday of each month.
Alumni Talks/ Alumni Meet-Ups
Meetings with speakers on specific business or personal development topics for the purpose of transferring knowledge, skills and experiences, challenging perspectives and taking better decisions, both personally and professionally. Whether they are speeches, panels or debates, the topics can bring forward trends, innovations, start-ups / entrepreneurship, business stories or even hard and soft skills, and last but not least, collaboration opportunities.
A-Groups
Meetings held 6 or 8 times a year, between 10 to 14 AAR members, discussing issues related to their development as leaders: career counseling, professional / business opportunities or mentoring for teamwork challenges, emotional intelligence, power of example, etc.
The AAR National Congress
Annually hosts the General Assembly of the AAR association, the forum which takes decisions on the direction, strategy and rules of operation of the organization and chooses the AAR board members. There are also opportunities for collaboration and socialization, and, wherever is possible, the reconnection with AIESEC.
European Regional Alumni Congress (ERAC)
ERAC is the annual conference bringing together Alumni from all over Europe, plus international guests from other continents. Among the benefits of the conference, there are: professional and business networking, personal development and inspiration, social impact and, last but not least, fun and parties like in the past.
AIESEC Alumni International Congress (AAIC)
The annual global meeting where Alumni meet from over 100 countries. It is usually organized together with the IC (AIESEC International Congress) and offers the opportunity to reconnect with the student period and with the most memorable memories, in the context of a grandiose event.
