Alumni at SpringCo 2020

SprinCo addresses members from all AIESEC LCs from Romania (300 delegates), aimed for training and developing Members, Team Leaders and Executive Boards (EBs) on values, strategy, leadership, soft & hard skills. The scope is people preparation for being able to properly manage the AIESEC programs and activities from the incoming summer peak. AAR will organize the Alumni involvment into the agenda delivery and their participation in the plenary session of Alumni Presentation and Q&A, with all AIESEC delegates, from the evening of March 21st.
AIESEC members need so much inspiration, role modelling, training and connection, which we can easily provide, so that this event is not to be missed. You don’t even know how much you’ve missed this!
